DHL Worldwide Express (recommended!, tracking is guaranteed)

DUITES AND TAXES
Import duties and taxes are not included in purchase price or shipping rate. Customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.
Returns & exchanges
All sales are final. Exchanges and credits are accepted only* on full priced items/orders up to 7 days after item is received.
Sale items or promotion are all final- no exchanges or credits.
Customers may contact info@eclatant.us Item(s) must be sent back unworn and in original packaging with original packing slip. Items sent without original packaging will be subject to a restocking fee. In the event of an exchange/credit, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the item(s). Original or additional shipping costs paid by customer will not be refunded. Duties for items paid on international shipments are non-refundable. Exchanges and credits are processed when packages have arrived to Éclatant, please allow for 5-7 days upon receipt of package for your Exchange to be completed.
Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Items marked undelivered due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back at Éclatant US and will incur a restocking fee.
